Aigaion Fish Bar is the child of the mother-brand called Aigaion Tavern. Aigaion Fish Bar was born out of the owner’s desire to create a concept that differs from all others. The idea is to have fish choices served in the form of tapas, with no standard menu to choose from just plated culinary bites from the catch of the day, that is freshly delivered at their door.
The logo was created with the Aigaion Tavern in mind, we wanted the logos to seem the same from afar but when looked at closely to reveal each brand’s different characteristics.
The Fish Bar concept was portrayed in a sense of casualism and has aesthetic references of that of a tropical destination in the Mediterranean , a stop between swim dives kind of place.
